Following the choice of engine it became evident a “drop-down” gearbox was required. With little time left before the Christmas break you identified a suitable gearbox, and on finding no stock was available in New Zealand, air-freighted the gearbox from Australia to Auckland, and efficiently fitted it to the motor, so allowing installation before the Christmas closure.· You have provided helpful after-sale advice.
